Racing is a sport that will benefit our little community; fun-filled, wholesome activity everyone can enjoy. We are giving the Fairgrounds 25% of all the speedways income to help keep the grounds open for use, anything that your company can do will be greatly appreciated not only by us but the community in a whole.

We are fortunate to have compiled a plan of operations to implement a successful season of racing. We will have many events that the whole family will enjoy that will not only give a place of entertainment but also keep children and teens off the streets.

We anticipate that our local race teams as well as those from throughout the area will join us in participation in the races as we advertise the schedules.

Our aim is to bring a wholesome family based activity to Orland and fill the stands at the Glenn County fair grounds for all to enjoy, and save our communities FFA, 4-H, and all other activities that use the fairgrounds to accommodate their learning programs.

Last season we had a balloon artist, kids foot races, kids crafts, 2 kids bikes races, Fairview students had a 50/50 raffle and also sang before the races, teens 16 and older can get a ride in a 2 seater race vehicle, and kids love getting their names announced for their birthday. The 2012 season we are planning a blood drive in April, 2 kids bike races, more kids crafts, we are going to try and put together a Easter egg hunt, more powder puff racing, a derby, trailer race, and more race divisions including points races to keep the drivers coming from near and far to race at our track for a great show!
